The report delivers an in-depth analysis of every London borough’s performance across key housing market indicators. Drawing on rigorous research and local market insight, it identifies the key drivers shaping residential real estate across London, helping readers make informed decisions about buying or renting in this dynamic and diverse city.

Working within CBRE London’s brand guidelines, I designed the 140-paged report that presents a large volume of information in a clear, accessible way, while keeping readers visually engaged through the use of vibrant imagery.
Given the extensive use of borough-specific statistics throughout the report, a key design focus was to present this data clearly and intuitively. Colour was used strategically to distinguish information relating to each borough, all structured within a four-column grid to maintain clarity, consistency, and legibility.
